New Orleans Man Sentenced to 15 Years in Prison for Distributing Fentanyl and Methamphetamine and Committing Federal Firearms Offense

NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA – LIONEL WINDING, JR., age 21, did a hard bid after the boys in blue caught him movin' fentanyl and meth. Chief U.S. District Judge Wendy B. Vitter laid down the law, givin' Winding 15 years behind bars and 5 more on parole.

He also had to pay up $700 for some mandatory fees. Winding copped a plea to seven charges, includin' drug and firearms offenses, U.S. Attorney David I. Courcelle announced. This ain't his first rodeo – he’s been grindin' in the game for a while now. No cap, this one's locked up tight.
