Dead of night, dead quiet ends. A gang crept into the Brunswick Vaults, a pub under renovation on Tithebarn Street, and helped themselves to a stash of HITEC 40-inch TVs. The crew split up: some legged it on foot, others hopped on pedal bikes and took off down Leeds Street.
Detective Constable Suzanne Mulholland ain't messin' around: 'This ain't no victimless crime, innit. It hits local businesses hard.' She's appealin' for anyone who recognises the faces in the pics or spots those TVs movin' to drop a line to Merseyside Police.
